Whether you are looking to ship something to Eagle Beverage or pick up your recent order, we want the experience to be as pleasant as possible.  Please review our policies and procedures below.

PICK UP/

DELIVERY NOTICE

All Shipments are to be scheduled online.  This will require you to create a login when scheduling your first shipment at Eagle Beverage.  Please follow the instructions below to begin the online scheduling process.

1.

To get started, please click HERE.

2.

Select the “Dock Type” for Pick up or Delivery.

3.

Select the “Load Type” from the drop down menu, (FTL or LTL, where LTL is 17 pallets or less).

4.

Select the date of your preferred delivery appointment on the calendar.

5.

Select the arrival time on the right – Click BOOK IT.

6.

If you are a new user, Select New user and enter all of your carrier’s information to create a USER ID and Password.  This is proprietary to you and you will use it every time you come back to our appointment calendar.

7.

Be sure to enter the PO Number and/or Sales Order Number. 

8.

Click on the Finalize Appointment Button to create your appointment.

9.

You will receive an email confirmation of your scheduled appointment.

Our goal is to improve our delivery service to you when you reach our dock.  Carriers with appointments will be serviced first.  We appreciate your assistance and patience as we fully implement the program and please do not hesitate to let us know if you have suggestions or feedback.
